How do I request an appointment?
Find a clinic, open its profile, and complete the appointment request form. Choose a doctor and preferred time. The clinic will contact you to confirm availability.
Can I add more than one clinic?
Yes. Create a clinic owner account to manage multiple clinics, each with its own doctors, services, opening hours, and appointment requests.
Why isn't my new clinic visible yet?
New clinic listings are submitted for admin approval. You can check the listing's status in your owner dashboard and keep its information up to date.
Can the assistant help me find a service?
Yes. Ask about clinic locations, listed services, doctors, or opening hours. The assistant uses information in the directory to help you explore your options.
